Job description:
Responsible for managing client accounts, handling product transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting sales and customer relationships in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role acts as a key liaison between clients, sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth and secure product activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or financial services (experience in gold, commodities, or investment products is an advantage)
- Preferred who have an experience using SQL.
- Strong understanding of customer service and sales processes
- Good knowledge of basic financial documentation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
- Manage and maintain client accounts related to gold bar purchases, sales, and investments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding account inquiries and transactions
Sales & Trading Support
- Support sales activities for gold bars
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation
- Coordinate gold bar orders, delivery schedules, and collection arrangements
- Assist in achieving sales targets and business growth objectives
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies, and relevant regulations
- Maintain proper documentation for gold bar transactions, contracts, and client records
- Verify client information and transaction details before execution
- Work closely with compliance and finance teams to ensure audit readiness
Operations & Reporting
- Update and maintain accurate transaction records in the system
- Monitor account balances, outstanding payments, and settlement status
- Prepare periodic sales, account, and transaction reports
- Assist in stock tracking and coordination with vault/storage providers
Internal Coordination
- Liaise with finance for payment confirmation and reconciliation
- Coordinate with operations teams for secure handling of gold bars
- Support management with ad-hoc tasks and operational improvements.
Working Day/Hour
- Monday to Friday (9am-6pm)
- Sunday: every Week 1 & 3 only (9am-6pm)
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
