Job Purpose
To support the Data Analyst team by handling data-related administrative tasks, preparing reports, maintaining records accuracy, and assisting in operational analysis, while also providing administrative support to the HR department in recruitment, training, events, and CSR activities to improve overall business efficiency and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data & Operations Support
- Assist the Data Analyst team in collecting, organizing, and maintaining business data and reports
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for operational tracking and management review
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation
- Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and internal reporting systems
- Support in analyzing sales, stock movement, operational trends, and business performance data
- Assist in generating dashboards, charts, and basic performance summaries
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather required operational data
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, or unusual trends and escalate when necessary
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency
2. HR Support
- Assist in recruitment activities, including scheduling and coordinating interview sessions with candidates and hiring managers
- Support the onboarding process for new employees
- Assist in organizing training sessions, including logistics, attendance, and documentation
- Assist in coordinating HR events and CSR activities under the HR department
- Help maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as required
3. General
- Assist in ad-hoc reporting, administrative tasks, and projects assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, Data Analytics, IT, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in operations support, reporting, admin, HR, or data-related role
- Fresh graduates with strong Excel/reporting skills may be considered
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Familiar with Google Sheets,, Google Apps Script, reporting tools, or dashboards is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to handle confidential business and employee data responsibly
- Organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
