AVAILABLE POSITIONS:

Kitchen Assistant (Back of House)

Create happiness behind the kitchen by preparing our signature Korean flavours using authentic recipes and quality ingredients.

Service Crew (Front of House)

Share the KyoChon experience by delivering warm service and introducing customers to the taste of Korea.

KITCHEN ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare food and beverages according to company standards and authentic Korean recipes
• Handle food preparation including portioning, brushing, battering, breading & marinating
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, labelling & stock rotation
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Report food quality, stock or equipment issues to management
• Support daily kitchen operations and tasks assigned by management

SERVICE CREW RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome customers with a friendly attitude
• Take orders and recommend our signature Korean menu
• Serve food and beverages efficiently
• Share the Korean dining experience with customers
• Handle cashiering and payment processes
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
• Ensure service items are well prepared and stocked
• Work closely with the team to deliver excellent customer service
