The Role

We are seeking an experienced Functional Tester to support a critical Cash Management testing initiative within the finance sector. In this onsite contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring software quality through comprehensive user acceptance testing, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver a seamless system go-live.

What You'll Do

• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for Cash Management systems
• Prepare and review UAT test scripts, test data, and test cases
• Support and execute test plans across systems and applications
• Perform UAT execution and log defects in HPALM, JIRA, or Confluence
• Retest fixed defects and follow up closely until closure
• Document test cases and scripts, and prepare support teams for system go-live
• Prepare user guides and training materials, and support BAU production issue UAT

What We're Looking For

• Mid-level experience in functional or UAT testing, ideally within banking or finance
• Familiarity with Internet banking and Mobile banking domains
• Hands-on experience with testing tools such as HPALM, JIRA, and Confluence
• Ability to read, write, and understand XML file formats is an advantage
• Strong multitasking ability and comfort working under project timeline pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, detail-oriented and patient
• Independent, self-motivated, and able to work well within a team
