Your Mission

You will help ensure HeyJom products are delivered successfully by coordinating requirements, quality assurance, technical support, release readiness and cross-functional execution between Product, Engineering, Client Success and Operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how software works and wants to grow into Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Delivery & Project Coordination

- Coordinate feature delivery across Product, Engineering and Client Success.

- Track project timelines and follow up on action items to ensure projects remain on schedule.

- Identify blockers early and escalate risks where necessary.

- Coordinate release readiness and deployment activities.

2. Requirements Management

- Gather business requirements from internal teams and clients.

- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.

- Maintain product documentation and acceptance criteria.

- Ensure engineering teams have complete and accurate requirements before development begins.

3. Quality Assurance & User Acceptance Testing

- Prepare test plans and test cases.

- Perform functional, regression and user acceptance testing.

- Validate bug fixes before release.

- Coordinate UAT with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Ensure product quality before every release.

4. Technical Support (Event Organisers)

- Investigate technical issues reported by organisers and internal teams.

- Reproduce issues, gather supporting information and prepare clear bug reports.

- Work closely with developers to coordinate issue resolution.

- Track issues through to completion and communicate progress to stakeholders.

5. Product Operations

- Maintain product documentation, release notes and internal knowledge base.

- Monitor recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

- Assist in analyzing product performance, user feedback and operational data.

- Continuously improve internal workflows and product delivery processes.

Must Have:

6. Comfortable working with technical teams and learning new technologies.

7. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience in QA testing or software testing.

2. Familiarity with Agile development.

3. Experience using Jira, ClickUp or similar project management tools.

4. Experience using Postman for API testing.

5. Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.

6. Basic understanding of REST APIs.

7. Experience working with software development teams.

8. Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and a passion for technology are encouraged to apply.

3. Reduce bugs reaching production through improved QA processes.
