About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our business development initiatives and drive sales growth.

You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with clients across Malaysia, Singapore and regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners and referral networks.
• Develop business opportunities across Malaysia and regional markets, including Singapore, Indonesia and other potential markets.
• Conduct sales presentations, networking activities and business meetings.
• Represent The Straits Resorts at exhibitions, roadshows and industry events.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to support campaigns and lead generation.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and market updates for Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or a similar role.
• Experience in developing regional markets or working with clients from Singapore, Indonesia or other international markets will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results oriented.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
