Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure project activities are executed according to schedule.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Track project deliverables and ensure milestones are achieved within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Manage project change requests and assess their impact on project scope, schedule, and cost.
• Coordinate procurement activities related to project implementation where applicable.
• Prepare regular project performance reports for management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve project management processes.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers,and internal stakeholders.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or project coordination.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
