Location: Berjaya Times Square, 55100 Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
Contract Duration: 6 months (Renewable)

Job Description

• Lead partner engagement initiatives, including events, workshops, and relationship-building activities to strengthen reseller partnerships.
• Serve as a key point of contact for assigned resellers/partners, addressing queries and supporting relationship management.
• Support the Modern Channel Sales team in executing partner programs and campaigns.
• Assist in partner onboarding, ensuring partners are informed and equipped with necessary tools and knowledge.
• Perform light operational tasks, including manual data entry, updating partner records, and preparing reports.
• Track partner performance and provide updates to senior channel managers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support partner success and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, agreements, and engagement activities.

Requirements

Education:

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience :

• 2 years in partner management, business support, sales support, or operations.
• Exposure to telecommunications, broadband, or technology industries is a plus.
