Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Executive (Recruitment) to join our growing Human Resources team. Reporting directly to Human Resource Manager, this role will play a vital part in supporting the company's talent acquisition strategy by managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring and onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities while delivering a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates through various recruitment channels.
  • Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare job offers, employment contracts and conduct reference checks.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Monitor probation, confirmation and contract renewal timelines.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records.
  • Build relationships with recruitment agencies, universities and job portals.
  • Support employer branding activities, career fairs and internship programmes.
  • Assist with offboarding, HR administration and other HR-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or Human Resources.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple hiring assignments.
  • Familiar with Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills (Mandarin speaking is an advantage to effectively communicate with Upper Management)

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
