Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise all installation works undertaken by the company.
- Oversee daily site activities and workforce performance.
- Liaise and coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and in-house workers.
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure work progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily site reports, inspection records, and progress updates.
- Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings to promote a safe working environment.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to the company's products and installation works.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, work completion records, and progress claim documentation.
- Ensure compliance with site safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of site supervision experience in construction, installation, or related projects.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
- Good knowledge of site safety requirements and regulations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Ability to identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel to project sites as required.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and under tight project schedules.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and project documentation is an added advantage.
