Job Purpose
To support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials, while ensuring accurate inventory control and timely system updates. The role also supports coordination with project teams and site operations, with strict adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming materials and products.
- Verify goods received against delivery orders, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
- Record all incoming, outgoing and returned materials accurately and timely in the Warehouse Management System.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare materials or products for shipment.
- Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in periodic stock-taking activities.
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and housekeeping standards.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety, quality, and security requirements.
- Assist in coordinating warehouse and logistics activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Support other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
Key Requirements / Criteria
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and stock control.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems or ERP systems is preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory transactions.
- Good organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting and movement of goods.
- Forklift license/certification is an added advantage.
- Willing to work overtime and support operational requirements when necessary.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
