Job Scope: Creative Early Childhood Educator

We are looking for a warm, imaginative, and reflective educator who loves working with young children and believes learning should be joyful, meaningful, and developmentally appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

• Build positive, nurturing relationships with young children through basic discussions, storytelling, and creative play, supporting their social, emotional, and intellectual growth in preparation for future formal learning.
• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans for whole classes or small groups, aligned with the Kinderkaizen curriculum modules, while adapting activities to suit children’s interests and developmental needs.
• Facilitate regular discussions and guided reflections with children to help them understand lesson content in a fun, age-appropriate way.
• Ensure all lesson planning and classroom activities are developed in accordance with Kinderkaizen content and philosophy.
• Observe, document, and track each child’s development based on established milestones, using insights to inform future lesson planning.
• Supervise and care for children both inside and outside the classroom, including outdoor activities or field trips, ensuring safety and clear boundaries at all times.
• Prepare assessments and individual learning journeys for key children, highlighting progress, strengths, and areas for growth.
• Work closely with the Principal to engage in continuous reflection on themes, lesson effectiveness, child behavior, and developmental progress.
