Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and practical teaching sessions for undergraduate programmes in TESL and related disciplines.
• Prepare and update teaching materials, lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources in accordance with programme requirements.
• Assess student performance and provide timely academic feedback and guidance.
• Mentor and support students in their academic and professional development.
• Participate in curriculum development, programme review, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Engage in faculty meetings, academic administration, and university activities.
• Contribute to research, professional development, and community engagement activities where appropriate.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL), Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), Applied Linguistics, English Language Studies, or a closely related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Passion for teaching and student development.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior teaching experience in higher education will be an added advantage.
