Serapod Technology Hiring! Full Time Warehouse Supervisor in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Lead, train, and monitor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Monitor stock movement and maintain proper inventory control.
• Coordinate with the purchasing, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with workplace safety regulations.
• Prepare warehouse reports, inventory reports, and performance reports.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and used safely.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and stock management.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work overtime or on weekends when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
