About the role

Prudence Medtech Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Accounts Executive to join our growing team in Johor Bahru (JB).

In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax requirements, and supporting the company's financial reporting activities. This is an excellent opportunity for accounting professionals looking to further develop their expertise within a growing medical technology company.

What you'll be doing

• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Manage and ensure compliance with LHDN e-Invoice requirements.
• Handle e-Invoice submission, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Support finance-related administrative duties and other assignments as required.

What we're looking for

• Fluent in Mandarin
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Able to handle a full set of accounts independently, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• e-Invoicing: Hands-on experience with the Malaysia LHDN MyInvois system is required.
• Familiar with accounting software such as AutoCount and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, statutory requirements, and tax compliance matters.
• Experience in an SME or fast-paced business environment is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
