Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our HR Department for industrial training. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and resume screening.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Assist in organizing training and development programs.
• Provide support in managing employee queries and HR-related issues.
• Contribute to HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.
