With teaching materials and progress monitoring carefully designed for you, you can focus on what truly matters — delivering meaningful learning experiences and helping students grow with confidence.

We are a Math and English enrichment centre seeking a full-time English Tutor and a part-time Math Tutor. Training will be provided, but experience in management or the education field is highly preferred.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: RM1500 for Part Timer, RM2600+ for Full Timer [subject to prior working experience].
• Incentives: Performance incentives based on centre performance.
• Work-from-Home: Option available every Thursday, provided no classes are scheduled.

Working Hours

• Tuesday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves overseeing students learning & welfare, facilitating teaching team; as well as supporting centre growth:

• Teaching : Support students' learning through lesson planning and delivering with materials provided, and monitoring student progress using both online and offline tools. You will be supported by a strong system and a collaborative teaching team.
• Operations: Managing entry assessments (Full Timer only), learning materials, and teaching tool inventory.
• Student Welfare: Maintaining a clean environment and ensuring student safety during sessions, breaks, and dismissal.
• Sales & Marketing: Supporting centre activities like social media posting and consultations for potential students. This is optional for candidates who are interested in getting additional incentives.

• Malaysian only
• A passion for working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, responsible, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
