Job Responsibilities:
Plan, supervise and monitor daily construction activities as per method statements

Achieving daily production targets through subcontracted staff

Updating daily diaries & time sheets in an accurate and timely manner

Driving adherence to quality standard

Implementing all project activities in a safe and timely manner in accordance with the Company's quality requirement

Monitor daily progress of workmanship

Ensure all technical issues to comply with statutory regulations and requirements

Arrange and supervise the works of direct labour and subcontractors' worker

Arrange and plan for the delivery and storage of material on site

Job Requirements:
Minimum 12 years solid experience in supervising building construction project

T1 or above qualification

Hard working and self-motivated

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Foreman
