Responsibilities

• Support the PR Manager in executing integrated PR campaigns, including managing the editorial calendar, coordinating media samples, and overseeing event logistics from planning to on-site delivery.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and brand partners, particularly in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors; proactively pitch stories and secure coverage.

• Execute influencer seeding and gifting programmes, track content delivery, and evaluate the performance of influencer collaborations against KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions).

• Assist in planning and executing joint promotions, pop-up events, and brand partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams qnd external partners;

• Draft and localise press releases, media kits, talking points, and other communication materials; adapt messaging for different platforms and audiences.

• Monitor daily media coverage and social chatter; compile weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and performance metrics (e.g., share of voice, sentiment, earned media value).

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including media database maintenance, budget tracking for individual activities, and invoice processing.

• Stay on top of digital trends and platform updates (Instagram, Xiaohongshu, thread, etc.) to suggest fresh content ideas and engagement tactics.

• Respond to media and influencer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant PR or digital marketing experience (FMCG or agency background is a plus;

• Genuine passion for fashion, beauty, and luxury lifestyle, with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling.

• Existing network of media and influencers in the fashion/beauty space is an advantage, but not a must — we value a proactive attitude in building new connections.

• Strong digital literacy: active user of major social platforms (personal or professional),-

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (both written and spoken).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), canva, wix or other marketing tools knowledge is a plus. .

• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
