Tasks & responsibilities
Provide deskside and remote technical support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and handheld device issues promptly.
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory records, perform preventive maintenance, and contribute to documentation and the knowledge base for recurring issues.
Adhere to IT security policies, compliance standards, and best practices.
Assist with user PC patch updates, onsite hardware replacement, mobile device management, and network monitoring as required.
Build and deploy Windows System images using Windows Deployment Services.
Collaborate on and contribute to various IT infrastructure and technology-related projects.
Qualifications & experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support roles, with a strong preference for deskside or end-user computing support.
Proven track record in hardware troubleshooting and repair for PCs, laptops, and peripherals.
Solid experience in Windows 10/11 and macOS setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business productivity applications.
Experience in providing application support following standard operating procedures or documentation.
Familiarity with TCP/IP networking, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic network troubleshooting.
Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
