Responsibilities
About the role
We are seeking a proactive Network & IT Operations Engineer to manage our local infrastructure and regional operations. In this role, you will bring exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to rapidly resolve complex network and system issues, ensuring seamless connectivity and operational efficiency across Hong Kong and the APAC region (Singapore and Malaysia).
Responsibilities
Design and set up network solutions (LAN, VPN, SD-WAN) and data center networks for both Hong Kong and overseas branches.
Monitor regional network performance, maintain hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, desktop computers, laptops, IP phone and IT equipment.
Oversee and maintain master administrative access for all core network platforms, business systems, and user permissions across the region.
Troubleshoot and manage core business applications, including ITSM & CRM systems (Zoho), Microsoft Office, and business software for local and overseas offices/remote users.
Implement security measures and monitor systems to prevent security breaches across all regional network environments.
Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to manage system implementation, maintenance, upgrades, and license renewals.
Provide guidance and training to users on the use of various IT systems and applications.
Maintain clear, updated technical documentation of all local and overseas network configurations.
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
3 years of experience in IT or Telecom Industry or Cybersecurity.
Proficiency in Network Infrastructure, Network and Security Solutions, Network Protocols, Firewall Operations, Routing, and Switching.
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Willing and able to travel business trips in APAC and Mainland China region.
