Responsibilities

• Assist in daily finance function (including accounts receivable, bookkeeping, etc.)
• In charge of accounts payable, vendor payments, petty cash and staff expense reimbursement
• Manage cash flow, ensure timely and accurate payments
• Perform independently data entries, invoice checking, filing and documentation
• Assist in preparing schedules, accounting, tax and financial reports
• Communicate internally and externally for tasks to be carried out effectively and efficiently
• Provide support in all ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above, major in Accounting / Business Administration or related discipline
• Proficiency in formal commercial communication in English
• Prefer with 2-3 years experience or above in accounting, banking and administration
• Familiar with MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Understanding of internal control procedures
• Experience with Quickbook accounting software is an advantage
• Independent, responsible, reliable, mature and good interpersonal skills
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered
