About the Role

Fas Auto is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Advisor to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers exploring their next vehicle purchase, guiding them through options, financing, and after-sales support to deliver a smooth and trustworthy buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage walk-in and online customers, understanding their needs and budget
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, explaining features, pricing, and financing options
• Prepare quotations, sales agreements, and coordinate with finance/insurance partners
• Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Meet monthly sales targets and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Stay updated on new models, promotions, and competitor offerings

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the automotive sales industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Valid Class 3 driving license preferred
• Comfortable working target-driven retail hours, including weekends
