Responsibilities
As Singapore’s longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932. How? By taking the time to truly understand people. From there, we provide support, services, solutions, and career paths that meet their individual needs and desires.
Today, we’re on a journey of transformation. Leveraging technology and creativity to become a future-ready learning organisation. But for all that change, our strategic ambition is consistently clear and bold, which is to be Asia’s leading financial services partner for a sustainable future.
We invite you to build the bank of the future. Innovate the way we deliver financial services. Work in friendly, supportive teams. Build lasting value in your community. Help people grow their assets, business, and investments. Take your learning as far as you can. Or simply enjoy a vibrant, future-ready career.
Your Opportunity Starts Here.
ABOUT GROUP OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE (GOE)
Our mission is to be the trusted partner to senior management and their teams in shaping and accelerating future-ready transformation across the organisation. We work closely with business leaders to shape transformation agendas and roadmaps, and partner them in delivering complex cross-functional initiatives. We measure our success by the lasting value we create for OCBC.
JOB PURPOSE
AI, Digital and Data are at the core of OCBC's corporate strategy. As a Change Analyst, you will play an active role in identifying and developing transformation opportunities through the application of technology, data and structured problem-solving.
You will play a key role in building the Group's Process Mining capability, leveraging system-generated data to bring greater transparency to customer and operational journeys. Working across business and functional teams, you will help uncover high-impact transformation opportunities, develop fact-based insights and translate these into practical solutions that create measurable value.
Building on these insights, you will contribute to the Group's digital transformation agenda by helping translate opportunities into technology-enabled solutions that address business challenges and create measurable value. This includes evaluating emerging technologies, developing solution concepts and supporting the implementation and adoption of innovative approaches across the organisation.
You will also contribute to the evolution of GOE's transformation capabilities by applying data-driven methodologies, exploring new technologies and supporting initiatives that strengthen how transformation is identified and delivered across the Group.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of business transformation, technology and data, helping shape enterprise-wide initiatives while gaining exposure to senior stakeholders across the Group.
DESIRED PROFILE
We are seeking intellectually curious and driven individuals who are passionate about applying technology, data and innovation to solve complex business problems and create meaningful impact.
Candidates should typically have 4–7 years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation, operational excellence, analytics, digital transformation, technology or related fields.
Experience within financial services is advantageous but not essential.
Competitive base salary. A suite of holistic, flexible benefits to suit every lifestyle. Community initiatives. Industry-leading learning and professional development opportunities. Your wellbeing, growth and aspirations are every bit as cared for as the needs of our customers.
