Job Summary
We are looking for a meticulous ID Administrator to manage user access administration and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes. The role also includes occasional meeting coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities User Access Administration
- Process user access requests, amendments, and access removals.
- Grant and revoke user access rights based on approved requests.
- Verify account request forms and ensure all required approvals are obtained.
- Implement approved requests and verify successful completion.
- Notify requestors upon completion and maintain proper documentation.
Access Review
- Coordinate periodic user access reviews.
- Retrieve access request records and monthly leaver lists.
- Perform first-level checks on inactive or unnecessary accounts.
- Send reminders for inactive accounts where required.
- Prepare access review lists by division.
- Follow up with divisions to obtain the necessary approvals.
- Maintain proper records and supporting documents.
- Ensure all approved requests are implemented according to SOP and within the required timeline.
Administrative Support
- Liaise with requestors via email and phone to provide guidance on access request procedures.
- Perform meeting coordination duties (approximately 2–3 times per month), including:
- Coordinating meeting schedules and participants.
- Preparing and filing meeting minutes.
- Preparing broadcast messages.
- Providing general administrative and filing support.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in User Access Management (UAM) or user access administration.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented when reviewing account request forms.
- Comfortable communicating with stakeholders via email and phone.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP.
- Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Helpdesk environment, and willingness to take on an Access Administration Management (AAM) role, will be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
- Candidates should be able to travel to the Kaki Bukit office within 30–45 minutes. Those residing nearby will have an added advantage.
