Admin Executive (Loan Processing)Responsibilities

• Handle the full process of loan applications, documentation and administration.
• Review loan contracts and supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Follow up on missing, incomplete or outstanding documents.
• Prepare and process documents for submission and approval.
• Monitor hirers' loan accounts
• Issue payment schedules, reminders and other relevant correspondence.
• Handle email and telephone enquiries from customers and business partners professionally.
• Perform other administrative and loan-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Meticulous, organised and able to work with a high level of accuracy.
• Self-motivated, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to multitask and handle a high volume of documentation and paperwork.
• Good team player with a positive working attitude.
• Computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and database systems.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Previous experience in loan processing, financing, hire purchase, banking or debt recovery would be an advantage.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
