What You'll Do:

• Own the end-to-end quality engineering function, driving automation to improve control, accuracy, and integrity across testing processes
• Design and implement automated testing strategies that enhance product quality and efficiency
• Analyze test results and translate findings into actionable insights that improve testing processes and product performance
• Partner with cross-functional and multiple teams to embed quality practices seamlessly within the development lifecycle
• Act as a subject matter expert — contribute to key decisions, propose innovative solutions, and take ownership of team outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and championing better testing practices
• Mentor and guide team members in automation tools and QE methodologies (a plus, not a must)

What We're Looking For:

• Strong expertise in Test Strategy & Planning
• Proven skills in Defect Management & Root Cause Analysis
• Excellent Stakeholder Communication — able to influence and align across teams
• Experience with Test Automation tools and frameworks (good to have)
• Intermediate proficiency in Technical Test Execution; Advanced proficiency in System Defect Management preferred
