MISC Group Hiring! Full Time Executive ICT KPI Training and Change Management in - Ricebowl

JOB PURPOSE:

• Support and coordinate ICT KPI governance, reporting and performance monitoring activities across Group ICT.
• Plan, administer and evaluate ICT training and capability development programs to support workforce readiness and continuous learning.
• Coordinate change management initiatives to drive stakeholder engagement, digital and AI adoption, user readiness and realization of business value from ICT, AI and digital transformation initiatives.
• Support data-driven decision-making through performance reporting, training effectiveness assessment and change adoption measurement.
• Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and responsible use of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation solutions.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

ICT KPI Management

• Coordinate the collection, tracking and consolidation of ICT KPIs across relevant ICT functions, initiatives and reporting cycles.
• Assist in preparing periodic KPI performance updates, dashboards and reports for management review, including ICT Balanced Scorecard and governance-related reporting.
• Work with ICT stakeholders to monitor KPI progress against approved targets, timelines and agreed performance indicators.
• Follow up with KPI owners on performance updates, supporting evidence, action plans and areas requiring improvement.
• Maintain proper documentation of KPI submissions, performance results, supporting data and management updates for auditability and reference.
• Support the review and refinement of ICT KPI definitions, measurement methods and target-setting to ensure clarity, consistency and alignment with business priorities.
• Highlight KPI gaps, risks, delays or underperformance to relevant stakeholders for timely intervention and corrective action.
• Support the preparation of materials for ICT performance reviews, Digital Steering Committee updates, CFO/leadership reporting and other governance forums where required.
• Support tracking and reporting of digitalization and AI-related KPIs, including adoption, utilization, capability development and value realization metrics.
• Assist in the preparation of AI and digital transformation performance reports, dashboards and management updates for governance and leadership review.

ICT Training

• Perform training needs analysis for ICT Training on a yearly basis
• Plan and coordinate ICT training programs
• Work with all ICT stakeholders and BU/SU to deliver a consistent yearly training schedule
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs
• Support the execution of AI literacy, AI Tool adoption, digital capability development and technology awareness programs across the organization.
• Track and report training-related KPIs, including training completion, participation, attendance, feedback scores and effectiveness of ICT training programs.
• Support capability development reporting for ICT, including internal/external training participation and competency development progress.

Change Management

• Coordinate Change Management program for ICT projects
• Work with Group Communication on change management awareness on ICT project
• Support the measurement of user adoption and readiness for ICT projects through surveys, feedback forms, engagement records and usage/adoption data where applicable.
• Prepare change management progress updates and adoption reports for project teams and management stakeholders.
• Support stakeholder engagement, communication and adoption activities for AI, automation and digital transformation programs.
• Assist project teams in driving behavioural change and sustainable adoption of new digital capabilities and technologies.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENT:

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in ICT Governance, Performance Management, Training, Change Management, Digital Transformation or related disciplines. Experience in AI adoption, digital capability development or organizational transformation initiatives would be an added advantage.
• Degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or Change Management or equivalent.
