Job Description
- Support projects that focus on end-to-end growth and optimisation of initiatives to improve commercial, traffic and cost metrics
- Assist the team to identify, review and analyse key commercial metrics to improve campaign efficiency
- Support regular reporting, including data analysis and visualisation, identifying key issues, designing hypothesis, structuring analysis and proposing solutions
- Track and evaluate performance of user acquisition
- Monitor new initiatives by Shopee and our competitors, with a focus on identifying key areas of improvement
- Where needed, liaison with local and regional stakeholders within Shopee to consolidate data, assets, etc
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in related field and/or have relevant prior internship experience
- Proficient in Excel and Google Suite
- Able to work well in a dynamic environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time and stakeholder management skills
- Team-player, organised and detail-oriented individual
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
- Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
