Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to create comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce applications
• Test Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and integrations
• Execute manual and automated test cases and document results
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect tracking tools
• Collaborate with developers and admins to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes
• Validate data integrity during data loads, migrations, and integrations
• Support release planning and participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and quality standards
• Continuously improve QA processes, test coverage, and automation frameworks
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of QA or testing experience, with hands-on Salesforce testing experience
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud or Experience Cloud
• Hands on experience with Playwright, Selenium
• Experience testing Salesforce customizations (Apex, Lightning, Flows, Visualforce)
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail)
Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce QA/Tester certification
• Experience with Salesforce automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, Copado, AccelQ, TestNG)
• Experience testing Salesforce integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Basic understanding of Apex and SOQL
• Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment processes
