Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen strategic relationships with key suppliers to support long-term business success.
- Drive cost and lead-time reduction initiatives while ensuring compliance with quality and delivery requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance through MOR reviews and oversee weekly delivery performance reviews.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics, to support operational and business objectives.
- Handle supplier escalations and resolve supply chain issues related to CIRF, hotline orders, and other procurement-related matters.
- Analyze demand trends, supply risks, and market conditions to support procurement strategies and decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct and review semi-annual price evaluations with suppliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing supplier relationships and conducting cost and lead-time negotiations.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement analytics tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial supply chain environments is preferred.
