About the Job

Responsible for coaching and building the competency of Personal Financial Consultants & Relationship Managers in marketing insurance products to customers to achieve the organisation’s business objectives.

• Work closely with Branch Leaders to lead Personal Financial Consultants & Relationship Managers to achieve Bancassurance sales target of assigned banking branches.
• Provide coaching to newly joined Personal Financial Consultants with the objective to uplift competencies that aim to achieve sales target.
• Facilitate training to ensure all Personal Financial Consultants & Relationship Managers are keep abreast with latest Bancassurance product knowledge, bank system, sales technique etc.
• Attend joint sales with young vintage (less than 6 months) Personal Financial Consultants to maximize participation rate, closing ratio and sales target.
• Organize sales activities and events to create awareness for Bancassurance campaigns.
• Follow up on outstanding cases and ensure cases turn in force.
• Reporting of sales performance to management as required.

We are looking for people with

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree and above in any discipline and/or related.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in selling Bancassurance/Insurance products.
• Possess coaching and mentoring experience, preferably as a Team Leader.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Must possess stakeholder management skills.
