We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and sell some of the best exhibitions, conferences and events in Asia.
• Lead, train, mentor, and manage a team of Project Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Actively engage with corporate decision-makers through calls, emails, and in-person visits to promote our portfolio of events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and close high-value sales.
• Monitor team performance, manage sales pipelines, and provide regular reports to management.
• Occasionally provide support to editorial, marketing, advertising, and event operations teams as required.

Requirements

• Extensive sales experience in exhibitions, conferences, events, or sponsorship sales.
• Proven track record in sales leadership and team management.
• Sound understanding of business concepts and current local/regional market issues.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to confidently engage decision-makers at all levels.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
