About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager (MEP) to oversee the day-to-day Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations on our construction sites. You will be the bridging gap between engineering designs and physical execution, ensuring our MEP installations are delivered safely, on time, and up to quality standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced site environment, know how to manage subcontractors effectively, and have a sharp eye for technical details, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications / Required Skills

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Site Engineer / Project Engineer with a strong preference for individuals experienced in managing MEP, HVAC works.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage site supervisors, workers, and subcontractors firmly, effectively, and professionally.
