Job Description

• Serve as the key ERP expert, providing system support, governance, and continuous improvement across Finance and SCM modules.
• Manage ERP configurations, enhancements, upgrades, and new module implementations.
• Oversee ERP integrations and ensure seamless connectivity with related business systems.
• Manage ERP vendors and support partners, ensuring timely issue resolution and service quality.
• Administer ERP environments, system updates, licensing, security, and disaster recovery processes.
• Drive ERP standardization and alignment across multiple entities and regional operations.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver ERP solutions and support operational needs.
• Maintain system documentation, user access controls, compliance requirements, and change management processes
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of ERP experience covering both functional and technical responsibilities; Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge across core ERP functions, including Finance, Supply Chain, and related business processes.
• Hands-on experience in ERP configuration, workflows, data management, and system enhancements.
• Proven experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, and module rollouts from requirements gathering through go-live.
• Exposure to multi-entity and multi-country ERP environments, including intercompany processes and system integrations.
• Experience managing ERP vendors or managed service providers and overseeing service delivery.
• Ability to bridge business and IT teams by translating requirements into effective system solutions.
• Experience creating user documentation, conducting training, and supporting user adoption.
• Familiar with IT governance, change management, and system documentation best practices.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Mandarin to support communication with regional stakeholders.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are an added advantage.
