PQE Group Hiring! Full Time Process Engineer - Pharma Sector in - Ricebowl

Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a Process Engineer with a strong experience in pharma sector to support our projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

Commissioning & Field Execution

• Execute commissioning & startup activities for CIP and process systems, including energization, operational testing, and performance verification.
• Perform field verifications (line walks, punch-list closure, equipment tagging) against P&IDs, PFDs, and functional specifications.
• Manage system turnover transitions from Construction through to Commissioning and Operations.

CIP Performance & Troubleshooting

• Run and optimize CIP cycles, verifying recipe execution, process functionality, and cycle effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process deviations across CIP skids, piping, valves, and instrumentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Automation, CQV, Engineering, and Operations to escalate and resolve critical issues.

Documentation & Reporting

• Review and execute commissioning protocols, test records, and turnover packages.
• Maintain accurate reporting, including shift logs, test results, and system readiness summaries.

About you:

• Industry: 5+ years in Pharma/Biotech, with experience on large GMP facility projects.
• Commissioning: 3+ years of on-site commissioning/start-up experience.

Technical Requirements (Hands-on):

• CIP Systems: Full proficiency in CIP skid operations, commissioning, troubleshooting, and recipe verification.
• Equipment & Utilities: Proven experience with process equipment (tanks, piping, pumps, filtration) and clean utilities (PW, WFI, Clean Steam, gases).
• Engineering Data: Strong ability to work with P&IDs, PFDs, and functional/commissioning specifications.
• Compliance: Solid knowledge of GMP, GDP, Deviation Management, and CQV lifecycles.

Location: Singapore

Duration: 3-4 Months

Work Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts | Day and Night Shift coverage | Weekend work required | Full-time onsite presence
