Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca Test Automation or Tricentis NeoLoad across desktop, web, and mobile applications.
• Create reusable and modular automation components to improve testing efficiency and scalability.
• Automate functional, regression, integration, and smoke test scenarios using Tricentis's model-based testing approach.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and application functionality.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation strategies.
• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects effectively.
• Continuously improve test coverage, automation frameworks, and testing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca or Tricentis NeoLoad (advanced experience with comparable automation tools will also be considered).
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and test automation best practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Selenium, API testing, CI/CD pipelines, or performance testing tools.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to enterprise applications and end-to-end testing processes.
