Responsibilities

1.Membership Admissions Support Executive (6 Months Contract)


The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) is seeking a Temporary Member Services & Experience Support Executive to support the implementation of the Experienced Professional Pathway (EPP), a strategic initiative aimed at broadening ISCA's membership by welcoming experienced professionals from business, academia and the public sector.

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring a smooth admissions process by coordinating applications, liaising with employers and stakeholders, validating supporting documents and providing administrative support throughout the project.


Job Description

Membership Admissions

  • Process and administer applications received under the Experienced Professional Pathway.
  • Review application forms and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Follow up with applicants on outstanding information and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate application records and tracking reports.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with applicants, Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), corporate HR teams, public sector agencies and other organisations to facilitate the application process.
  • Coordinate the issuance and receipt of employer verification letters to validate applicants' employment history, experience and eligibility under the pathway.
  • Respond promptly to enquiries and provide guidance on application requirements.

Project Administration

  • Support the bulk onboarding of applicants during the promotional application period.
  • Monitor application timelines to ensure timely processing before the application deadline.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and application statistics for the project team.
  • Maintain organised documentation and filing systems.

Membership Operations

  • Assist with preparing membership records and administrative processes for the 2027 membership renewal exercise.
  • Support data cleansing and verification to ensure accurate member records.
  • Assist with other project-related administrative duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:

  • Well-organised with the ability to manage and track multiple applications while meeting deadlines.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong accuracy in reviewing application forms and supporting documents.
  • Proactive and responsive in following up with applicants and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of applications.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and comfortable preparing basic reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • Able to follow established policies, procedures, and workflows while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.


2.Project Support Executive (6 Months Contract)


Provide administrative and operational support for the AI Fluency Initiative, ensuring seamless learner onboarding, registration processing, enquiry management, and event coordination.


Job Description

1. Administrative Coordination

  • Support day to day administration of the AI Fluency Initiative.
  • Maintain learner records, registration databases, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate communications with stakeholders, training providers, and learners.
  • Prepare reports and track project activities as required.

2. Corporate Bulk Registration Management

  • Process and manage corporate bulk registrations for eligible individuals.
  • Verify registration details and eligibility requirements.
  • Liaise with corporate partners to resolve registration issues and ensure timely onboarding.
  • Monitor registration progress and maintain accurate records.

3. Learner and Stakeholder Support

  • Respond to enquiries from learners, employers, and partners via email, phone, or other communication channels.
  • Provide timely assistance on registration, onboarding, programme requirements, and related matters.
  • Escalate complex issues to the project team when necessary.

4. Learner Onboarding and Event Support

  • Work closely with AI Fluency project team members to onboard learners.
  • Coordinate onboarding communications, reminders, and learner engagement activities.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for webinars, briefings, workshops, and other programme events.
  • Assist with attendance tracking, event registration, and post event follow up.


5. Website and Digital Content Maintenance

  • Maintain and update the AI Nexus website with programme information, announcements, FAQs, and event details.
  • Ensure website content remains accurate, current, and user friendly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on website updates and enhancements.
  • Monitor and report website issues, broken links, and user feedback for resolution.


Job Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, programme coordination, customer service, operations, or stakeholder management.
  • Experience in training administration, learner management, event coordination, or government-funded programmes would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and digital platforms is preferred.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in learner onboarding, registration processing, and customer support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database/CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with website content management and digital platforms.
  • Experience supporting webinars, workshops, and other programme events.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
