We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded professional to partner closely with Community Financial Services (CFS) Business and Technology stakeholders in driving strategic wealth initiatives, digital transformation and enterprise-wide change programmes.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, bridging Business and Technology teams to deliver impactful wealth and transformation initiatives. You will co-lead business discussions, co-define requirements, provide solutioning guidance and drive delivery alignment to ensure successful implementation of initiatives that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, business challenges and transformation opportunities, translating them into practical and sustainable solutions
- Facilitate strategic discussions to co-define business requirements, target operating models and solution scope
- Evaluate business requirements and recommend solutions to achieve desired business outcomes
- Lead high-level solutioning discussions, covering process design, system integration, technical interfaces and cross-platform impacts
- Drive and support end-to-end solution delivery across design, development, testing and implementation phases
- Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and delivery roadblocks to ensure successful outcomes
- Serve as the primary liaison between Business and Technology teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle from demand initiation through implementation
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer journeys, streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Support strategic transformation initiatives that strengthen the Bank's digital capabilities and wealth proposition.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or a related discipline. Professional certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, Project Management or related fields will be advantageous
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Technology Consulting, Technology Delivery, Business Partnering or Consulting roles within the Banking or Financial Services industry
- Strong understanding of banking products, customer journeys, digital platforms and enterprise systems, with exposure to Wealth Management, Retail Banking or Community Financial Services being highly desirable
- Proven ability to engage, influence and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Business and Technology functions
- Experienced in facilitating strategic discussions, challenging and refining business requirements, and translating business needs into practical and effective technology solutions
- Prior experience in management consulting, technology consulting or transformation advisory engagements involving business transformation, operating model design, process optimisation or strategic initiatives will be an advantage
- Structured and analytical problem solver with sound judgement, capable of navigating ambiguity and driving discussions towards clear decisions and outcomes
- Proactive, self-driven and comfortable managing multiple initiatives concurrently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both business and technical audiences
- Collaborative team player with a customer-centric and business-focused mindset, coupled with a passion for transformation, innovation and continuous improvement.
