Working Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday

Lunch Hour: 12.00-1.30pm

Working Location: Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Descriptio

1. nManage full spectrum of daily accounting and finance operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), expense management, and tax-related matters
2. .Review, verify, and process expense claims and staff claim through the Expense Management System to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
3. .To prepare & submit GST/SST return and liaise with Custom in relation to GST/SST queries/audits
4. .Liaising with tax agents, tax authority to support internal and external compliance for company tax filing, withholding tax requiremen
5. tCoordinate with external auditors and tax agents by providing required information and documentation for statutory and compliance purposes
6. .Ensure the tasks and works done are complying to the company policy
7. .Support periodic accounting matters for the Singapore entity, including occasional travel to Singapore when required
8. .Participate in periodic inventory count exercises across Malaysia and Singapore branches
9. .Maintain proper and systematic filing of financial and accounting documents in compliance with company standards
10. .Assist in coordinating and providing documentation for internal and external audits
11. .Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time, as superior/ management deem fit
