JV Accounting Manager

• Permanent Position

Our client is an established Oil & Gas company with operations across the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors. They are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support Group finance reporting, overseas operations, and financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly management accounts, quarterly reporting, and financial submissions from overseas operating entities.
• Prepare and review Group consolidation reporting packages.
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, impairment assessments, and statutory reporting activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and overseas finance teams on compliance matters.
• Work closely with regional finance teams to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting systems.
• Support ad-hoc finance projects and Group reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional qualification is preferred.
• Exposure to upstream commercial arrangements, JV accounting within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Experience with SAP and strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Able to work effectively with regional and multicultural teams.
