SAP FI Lead

We're hiring an experienced SAP FI Lead to join a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role is ideal for someone with strong functional expertise in SAP Finance, leadership experience, and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FI solutions across global projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP Finance solutions.
• Drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, rollouts, and transformation initiatives.
• Configure and support core SAP FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, cross-functional SAP teams, and technical consultants.
• Lead workshops, solution design sessions, testing, data migration, and cutover activities.
• Ensure integration between SAP FI and other SAP modules such as CO, MM, SD, and Treasury.
• Provide guidance to junior consultants and lead project deliverables.
• Support defect resolution, hypercare, and continuous process improvements.
• Prepare functional specifications and oversee development of custom enhancements.

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of SAP FI consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP FI configuration and business processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
• Experience leading at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Deep knowledge of:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Bank Accounting
• Financial Closing
• Tax Configuration
• Strong integration experience with SAP CO, MM, and SD.
• Experience with data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live support.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead workshops and mentor project teams.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Central Finance (CFIN) experience.
• Group Reporting or Financial Consolidation knowledge.
• SAP Fiori applications for Finance.
• SAP BTP exposure.
• Experience with global template rollouts and localization.
• SAP Activate methodology.
• SAP certification in Financial Accounting or SAP S/4HANA Finance.

Nice to Have

• Experience in consulting environments.
• Exposure to multinational or global transformation programs.
• Agile delivery methodology experience.
