OSL Hiring! Full Time Technical Product Manager - API Infrastructure (on_off ramps) in - Ricebowl

This role owns the end-to-end API product experience for Banxa’s on/off ramp infrastructure. It is accountable for making integration simple, reliable, fast, and delightful for partner developers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Own the full lifecycle of Banxa’s ramp APIs, SDKs, and developer platform.
• Set the product vision for a Stripe-quality developer experience:
• Clean, intuitive API design
• Well-structured documentation
• Fast onboarding and sandbox usability
• Clear versioning and reliability
• Work closely with engineering to design and deliver scalable, secure, and performant API capabilities.
• Translate business and partner needs into technical product requirements and system behaviours.
• Identify and remove friction in partner integration journeys, from discovery to production launch.
• Define and own API performance standards: latency, uptime, reliability, predictability.
• Build tooling and workflows that reduce partner engineering dependency: SDKs, webhook frameworks, reference integrations, developer dashboards, testing tools.
• Partner with commercial, partnerships, and sales to support prospective and existing partners on integration strategy and technical discussions.
• Act as the technical product voice in partner conversations, able to explain architecture, flows, tradeoffs, and solutions with confidence.
• Ensure compliance, security, and regulatory requirements are embedded into product design without overcomplicating the developer experience.
• Continuously gather feedback from clients, internal teams, and analytics to drive iterative improvements.
