Job Title: Gameplay Software Engineer

Contract Duration: 12 months contract with a possibility to extend or to go perm!

Shift: Mon - Fri 12 PM - 9 PM

What You'll Do:

• Build strong relationships with gaming developer partners by leveraging technical and soft skills to address complex technical and business needs.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams and cross-functional partners to develop new products and enhance existing solutions that align with business objectives.
• Utilize product insights to deliver high-quality project implementations and influence the product roadmap to meet strategic goals.
• Maintain effective communication with industry partners and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and information sharing.
• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and use data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software engineer, with a proven track record of building and shipping production-quality code.
• Expertise in developing reliable, scalable, and maintainable software, with strong collaboration with reviewers, clear milestones, documentation, and testing plans.
• Proficiency in open-source languages such as PHP, Python, Java, or JavaScript frameworks, and solid experience in software design and architecture.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences and work collaboratively in diverse teams.
• Experience with large-scale data collection, analytics-driven decision-making, and contributing to open-source projects or shared code repositories.
