Job Description

Responsibilities

About the Role


We are looking for a Workday HRIS Analyst to join the team before go‑live and take ownership of implementation setup, configuration, and rollout activities. You will work alongside a Singapore‑based manager and external vendors to ensure the system is configured correctly, tested thoroughly, and adopted successfully


Once live, you will transition into ongoing support and continuous improvement.


Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

Configure, test, and maintain Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Benefits). Support payroll system integration.


Go‑Live & Cutover

Participate in UAT cycles, cutover activities, and post‑go‑live hypercare. Support data migration accuracy and completeness.


Project Coordination

Work with HR, Technology teams, and vendors to track implementation milestones, identify risks, and meet timelines.


Stakeholder Guidance

Support HR and business stakeholders in completing Workday workbooks — clarifying data requirements, dependencies, and validation steps.


Training & Adoption

Assist in end‑user training and change management activities to support smooth adoption post‑go live.


BAU (Post-Go-Live)

After go‑live, support ongoing system maintenance, release management, reporting, and continuous improvement.


Qualifications: -

Required

  • Degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent
  • 4–7 years of HRIS experience with hands‑on Workday HCM configuration
  • Experience with Workday Time Tracking or Absence
  • Experience with Workday EIB for data loads and mass updates
  • Familiarity with Malaysia payroll statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, PCB)
  • Experience supporting UAT, go‑live, or cutover activities
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders


Preferred

  • Workday certification (Time Tracking, Absence, Talent/Performance, or Core HCM)
  • Experience with Workday Core Connectors or integration monitoring
  • Exposure to Singapore payroll (CPF, IRAS) or other regions
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industry
  • Experience in end‑user training or change management


Working Arrangement

  • Onsite at our KL office - 5 days' work week in the office
  • Reports to Group HR Manager (Singapore)
  • Collaboration primarily virtual via Teams, with regular check-ins
