About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, highly organised and relationship-driven Startup Relations & Programmes Executive to support the delivery of VentureBlick's international accelerator, market entry and in-market programmes.
In this role, you will work closely with overseas startups entering Singapore, managing day-to-day strartup relationships and coordinating programme activities with internal teams and external stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with startups, building relationships and managing multiple workstreams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of international accelerator, market entry and in-market programmes.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for participating startups throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Coordinate programme schedules, workshops, meetings, site visits and stakeholder engagements.
- Support startups in preparing for their Singapore market entry activities, meetings and business engagements.
- Liaise with government agencies, hospitals, clinicians, mentors, investors, corporate partners and other ecosystem stakeholders.
- Prepare programme materials, presentations, briefing notes, trackers and reports.
- Track startup progress, meeting outcomes and follow-up actions to ensure timely execution.
- Work closely with internal and regional teams to deliver a seamless programme experience.
- Conduct market and stakeholder research to support startup engagements and programme activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve programme processes and enhance the overall participant experience.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of relevant working experience.
- Prior internship or full-time experience with a startup accelerator, incubator, venture builder, innovation programme or startup ecosystem organisation is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage international startups and senior stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, energetic and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in startups and innovation.
