The
Repair Admin/Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end repair cycle of aircraft components, ensuring timely turnaround, cost efficiency, and compliance with aviation regulations. This role involves close collaboration with vendors, warehouse/logistic and sales team to maintain optimal component availability.
Responsibilities
Repair Management
- Monitor and track all components sent for repair to ensure timely turnaround.
- Coordinate with approved vendors, workshops, and OEMs on repair status, quotations, and delivery schedules.
- Review repair quotations for accuracy, cost efficiency, and compliance with contractual terms.
- Oversee the shipment of unserviceable and serviceable components.
Cost & performance monitoring
- Analyse repair costs, warranty claims, and vendor performance.
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve cost savings and improved turnaround times.
- Track key performance indicators (KPI) related to repair cycle efficiency and vendor reliability.
Regulatory compliance.
- Ensure all repair activities and documentation comply with aviation authority requirements (e.g., EASA, FAA).
- Maintain accurate records of repair history, certifications, and traceability of components.
- Provide regular repair status updates to internal stakeholders such as Sales and Customer Support team.
- Address and resolve issues related to delayed repairs, shortages, or technical disputes.
Qualification And Additional Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year of proven work experience in a handling repair of aircraft parts.
- Excellent communication in English
