Founded in 2017, the group has built a reputation for offering comfortable, well-designed stays paired with vibrant social and leisure experiences. Hako properties serve as integrated leisure centers where guests can sleep, eat, drink, sing, and relax under one roof. The Operations Manager manages day-to-day hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B coordination, and guest services, while optimizing workflows, maintaining service standards, and leading cross-functional teams. The Facilities Manager is responsible for the maintenance, safety, and functionality of the hotel’s buildings, equipment, and systems, including preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and adherence to health and safety regulations. All three roles collaborate closely to support smooth operations, positive guest experiences, and sustainable business performance.
