Your new role

As the Regional Cybersecurity Manager, you will serve as the key cybersecurity representative for the region, partnering closely with business leaders, IT teams, and technology stakeholders to strengthen the organisation's cyber resilience and security posture.

• Lead the delivery and execution of regional cybersecurity programmes, initiatives, and transformation projects
  
• Overseeing vulnerability management activities, remediation efforts, penetration testing findings, and continuous security improvements.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on cybersecurity risks, controls, and best practices.
• Driving cybersecurity capability uplift, awareness programmes, and change management initiatives across the region.
• Conducting risk assessments for critical projects and providing recommendations to mitigate security risks.
• Supporting compliance initiatives and ensuring the implementation of appropriate security controls for sensitive and regulated data.
• Managing regional cybersecurity incidents and collaborating with global security teams during crisis situations.
• Establishing and tracking cybersecurity KPIs to measure programme effectiveness and maturity.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 7 years in a Cybersecurity and IT Risk role
  
• Has proven experience in Cybersecurity Risk Assessment, VAPT management and Vulnerability management
  
• Has good communication skills in English
  
• Has experience dealing with stakeholders in the SEA region
  
• Has direct/ indirect people experience of 2-4 people
