Role Description The Assistant Outlet Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bayan Lepas. This role supports the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations of the assigned outlet, including supervising team members, coordinating service, and ensuring a consistently high level of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, monitoring service quality, handling guest feedback, and assisting with training to uphold brand standards. The Assistant Outlet Manager also helps manage inventory and supplies, supports sales and promotional activities, and ensures compliance with health, safety, and hygiene requirements. Collaboration with kitchen and other hotel departments is essential to deliver seamless, memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • People Management experience, including supervising teams, coaching staff, and supporting performance improvement.
  • Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and cross-functional departments.
  • Inventory Management skills, including monitoring stock levels, supporting ordering processes, and minimizing waste.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or outlet/restaurant supervision is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to daily operations.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
